Shipping


At Queensland Bead Company, we want your goods to be delivered to you safely and within a reasonable timeframe. With this in mind, we will endeavour to ship all orders securely packed and in the fastest time possible. All orders are processed in order of arrival. Orders and payments received before 10:00am business days are generally shipped the same day (except during peak demand periods). Orders and payments received after 10:00am business days are generally shipped the next business day (except during peak demand periods). We are closed during all Queensland Public Holidays and we do not ship on these days.


Please note that if paying by direct deposit, it could take up to 2-3 days for the payment to arrive in our account, and orders are not dispatched until the payment has been received. If paying by credit card, the funds are transferred much quicker.


Due to the wholesale nature of our business, our warehouse it not open to the public and pick-ups are not available. All items are shipped by Australia Post.


We have 3 postage options, so you can choose your preferred method.


Regular Post is $13.95 for postage within Australia, for orders up to 3kg and within Australia Post satchel dimensions. For orders over 3kg or outside satchel dimensions, customers will be contacted before the order ships to arrange any additional postage charges. Please note that Regular Post is not insured, and once posted, all parcels are outside of our control. We are not responsible for any parcels shipped by this method that are lost by Australia Post.


Express Post is $14.80 for postage within Australia, for orders up to 3kg and within Australia Post satchel dimensions. For orders over 3kg or outside satchel dimensions, customers will be contacted before the order ships to arrange any additional postage charges. Please note that Express Post is not insured, and once posted, all parcels are outside of our control. We are not responsible for any parcels shipped by this method that are lost by Australia Post.


Registered Post (the most secure option) is $15.95 for postage within Australia, for orders up to 3kg and within Australia Post satchel dimensions. For orders over 3kg or outside satchel dimensions, customers will be contacted before the order ships to arrange any additional postage charges. This option includes insurance from Australia Post against loss. Selecting registered post is highly recommended as this is the only shipping method that includes Insurance.


International Shipping charges vary depending on parcel weight and destination country. International customers will be contacted after Checkout, once the order has been packed and the postage calculated.

Returns


Customer Service is a priority for Queensland Bead Company - we are not happy unless you are happy! If you are not totally happy with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unaltered condition within 14 days of the invoice date, and you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit. All postage charges for returns/exchanges will be the customer"s responsibility.


* If you would like a return, please email us on sales@queenslandbeadcompany.com.au or phone our office on (07) 3482 3402. We will need your name, address, Invoice number, Invoice date, product being returned and the reason for the return.


* When an item is returned due to a "Change of Mind" we reserve the right to charge a $4.00 return fee to cover our bank charges.


* A copy of the original invoice must accompany your return. Due to health regulations, earring components of any description may not be returned.


* We do not accept returns on sale items, discounted items, seconds (where a product is indicated as a second-quality product), customer special orders, weighed products, or cut lengths of stringing materials or chain.


* Queensland Bead Company will not be held responsible for return postage costs, or additional postage costs for exchanged items.

Errors


While every precaution is taken to ensure that orders are picked and processed correctly, we are all human and errors sometimes occur. If you notice an error with your order, please notify us within 7 days of the invoice date for amendments to be made.
