At Queensland Bead Company, we want your goods to be delivered to you safely and within a reasonable timeframe. With this in mind, we will endeavour to ship all orders in the fastest time possible. All orders are processed in order of arrival. Please note that if paying by direct deposit, it could take up to 2-3 days for the payment to arrive in our account. If paying by credit card, the funds are transferred much quicker. We have several postage options, so you can choose how much postage you would like to pay.
We have 3 postage options:
Standard Post is $6.00 for postage within Australia, regardless of parcel weight.
Express Post (up to 3kg) is $10.90 within Australia.
Registered Post is $8.60 within Australia regardless of the parcel weight. This option includes insurance from Australia Post against loss or damage. Selecting registered post is highly recommended as we are not responsible for goods once posted. International Post is $15.00. If insurance is required for International Customers (highly recommended), please contact us for pricing.
Customer Service is a priority for Queensland Bead Company - we are not happy unless you are happy! If you are not totally happy with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unaltered condition within 30 days of the purchase date, and you can choose between a 100% refund (purchase price only - postage costs not included), 100% exchange or 100% credit. A copy of the original invoice must accompany your return. Due to health regulations, earring components of any description may not be returned. Queensland Bead Company will not be held responsible for return postage costs. Unlike most other Australian bead companies, we DO NOT charge a re-stocking fee. If you receive damaged stock, or an incorrect order, please notify us within 7 days of the invoice date for amendments to be made. |
