1. Do you have a printed catalogue? |
With new shipments arriving daily, a printed catalogue would be out of date very quickly. As such, we do not offer a printed catalogue. All of our products are available for viewing online. If you are looking for a particular product that you can't find online, please contact our office as we may be able to get it for you, or we may even have it in inventory, waiting to be uploaded onto our website. |

2. Do you sell at wholesale prices? |
Yes. We are Australian distributors for many large companies (such as Artistic Wire, Beadalon, Beadsmith, Impress Art and Vintaj). The prices that you see on our website are our wholesale prices, and these wholesale prices are open to the public. Due to the volume of products we purchase from manufacturers, we buy at reduced prices, and as on online business only, we keep our overheads low, and we pass these savings onto our customers. |

3. How much does shipping cost? |
We offer 3 different shipping options for orders within Australia. These prices are up-to-date with the latest Australia Post price rise.
Regular post is $13.95 for any order up to 3kg in weight, and within Australia Post satchel dimensions. Standard Post is trackable but not insured. Once a parcel is dispatched by this method, it is in the hands of Australia Post, and outside of our control. If your order is not received within regular post timeframes, please contact us for your tracking number.
Registered Post is $14.50 for orders up to 3kg and within Australia Post satchel dimensions. Registered Post is insured. We recommend all orders are shipped by Registered Post.
Express Post is $14.80 for orders up to 3kg and within Australia Post satchel dimensions. Express Post orders have a faster delivery time, but are not insured.
International Shipping charges vary depending on parcel size, weight and destination country. International customers will be contacted after Checkout, once the order has been packed and the postage calculated. |

4. I called your office but you haven't returned my call? |
Due to the wholesale nature of our business, we pick and process hundred's of orders every week. We pride ourselves on speedy dispatch of orders, and so sometimes all available staff will be in the warehouse working to dispatch orders. As a result, our phone lines are sometimes unattended. If you leave a message on the answering machine, please make sure that your name and phone number is spoken clearly. We value every customer call we receive, and we endeavour to return calls as quickly as possible. If you haven't heard from us within 1 business day, it may have been that we haven't been able to hear your name and number on the message. Please call our office again, or email us on sales@queenslandbeadcompany.com.au Often we can return an email enquiry faster than a message on our answering machine. Due to our company policy, we can only phone customers during business hours (9-5 weekdays), however, during peak demand periods staff can work overtime (arrive early and leave late) to catch up on emails. |

5. Is your warehouse open to the public? |
We are an online business only. We are primarily wholesalers, selling to bead and craft stores, designers and enthusiasts. Due to the warehouse nature of our business, and for our customers safety and security, pickups are not available. |

7. When will my order be shipped? |
We have a dedicated team of warehouse staff that focus on correct picking of stock and speedy dispatch. We dispatch orders everyday expect public holidays and advertised store closure periods. Orders and payments received before 10:00am are usually shipped the same day (except during busy periods). Orders and payments received after 10:00am are usually shipped the following day. |
