Any letters, photographs or products sent to Queensland Bead Company become our property unless specifically stated otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to publish any such material.
In the event that we are out of stock of an item that you have purchased, we will endeavour to contact you before the goods are shipped. The value of the out-of-stock goods can be refunded via direct deposit only, or can remain as a credit for your next purchase (valid for 60 days). Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us prior to placing your order to ensure stock of your required items is available.
We do not guarantee our seed beads to be colourfast.
Any products that are 925 silver will be described as such. Otherwise, any products with silver or gold in their description refer to colour or plating only.
Many of our items are constructed by nature (eg pearls and gemstones), hence, there will be natural variations between pieces.
Artisian lampwork beads are created by artistic craftsman. No two will ever be identical.
