We don't like surprises: that's why we always quote prices including G.S.T., so you know exactly what you are paying.
While every care is taken to ensure that our products are as described, please be aware that all of the quantities, weights and values are approximates only.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We maintain a minimum purchase of $10.00
For your convenience, we can accept payment by direct deposit or credit cards (Visa, Matercard) through the Paymate System. If you would like to pay by credit card, simply select Paymate at the Checkout, and follow the directions. If you would prefer to pay via Direct Deposit, our bank details are as follows: Bank: ANZ Account Name: Queensland Bead Company BSB: 014 640 Account: 497 457 398. Goods will not be posted until funds have been cleared.
We are not responsible for typographical errors
Any letters, photographs or products sent to Queensland Bead Company become our property unless specifically stated otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to publish any such material.
In the event that we are out of stock of an item that you have purchased, we will endeavour to contact you before the goods are shipped. The value of the out-of-stock goods can be refunded via direct deposit only, or can remain as a credit for your next purchase (valid for 60 days). Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us prior to placing your order to ensure stock of your required items is available.
We do not guarantee our seed beads to be colourfast.
Any products that are 925 silver will be described as such. Otherwise, any products with silver or gold in their description refer to colour or plating only.
Many of our items are constructed by nature (eg pearls and gemstones), hence, there will be natural variations between pieces.
Artisian lampwork beads are created by artistic craftsman. No two will ever be identical.
Please be advised that our photographs are not re-touched or edited. The photos displayed on this site are as accurate as possible within the limitations of computer resolution.
While staff undergo extensive training, errors do occassionally occur, but it is our aim to keep them to a minimum. If you discover an error, for example; with the processing of your order, or the name of a gemstone on our site, please let us know. We appreciate constructive critisism, but please understand that we are all human. |
