At Queensland Bead Company, we want your goods to be delivered to you safely and within a reasonable timeframe. With this in mind, we will endeavour to ship all orders in the fastest time possible. All orders are processed in order of arrival.  Orders received before 10:00am are generally shipped the same business day.  Orders received after 10:00am are generally shipped the following business day.

Please note that if paying by direct deposit, it could take up to 24 to 48 hours for the payment to arrive in our account.  If paying by credit card, the funds are transferred much quicker.   

We have several postage options, so you can choose how much postage you would like to pay.

We have 3 postage options:

Standard Post is $7.00 for postage within Australia, regardless of parcel weight.

Express Post (up to 3kg) is $12.00 within Australia.

Registered Post is $9.90 within Australia regardless of the parcel weight. If Registered Post is selected, the parcel will be sent by either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, and the goods are insured against loss or damage. Selecting registered post is highly recommended as we are not responsible for goods once posted.  A signature will be required for all items sent using Registered Post.  The Fastway Courier service is available to selected areas; this is a door-to-door service often comparable in price to Australia Post.  Fastway Couriers will require a physical address for shipping. Please contact our office for more information or to check if Fastway Courier is available to your location.

International Post will be determined after orders are packed.  Shipping costs will vary depending on country, parcel weight and dimensions.  Please contact us for pricing.

Customer Service is a priority for Queensland Bead Company - we are not happy unless you are happy! If you are not totally happy with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unaltered condition within 30 days of the purchase date, and you can choose between a 100% refund (purchase price only - postage costs not included), 100% exchange or 100% credit. A copy of the original invoice must accompany your return. Due to health regulations, earring components of any description may not be returned. Queensland Bead Company will not be held responsible for return postage costs. Unlike most other Australian bead companies, we DO NOT charge a re-stocking fee. If you receive damaged stock, or an incorrect order, please notify us within 7 days of the invoice date for amendments to be made.
