A   We are an internet based company only - this way, we can offer you great products at very competitive prices.

Q     What payment options do you accept?

A     Payment can be made by direct deposit into our bank account, credit card during Checkout, or you can phone us to process your credit card payment.  We can accept money orders or cheques by prior arrangement only.

Q     Do you sell wholesale?

A     Yes we do sell wholesale.  We are Wholesale Distributors of Artistic Wire and Beadalon products.  We are genuine wholesalers and can supply to approved customers with a valid ABN number.  Please read our section 'For Wholesalers' for more information.

Q   I purchased this products from you previously, but now I can't find it on your website.  Do you still stock it?

A  Our stock is constantly changing.  While we have some standard stock lines that you will always find on our site, we also stock some items for a short time only.  We always suggest that if you see something that you love, to make sure you order enough for your needs, just in case we sell out.
